TERMS OF SALE

Feldi srl is an authorized seller of Tesmed-branded products worldwide. The sales channels adopted by Feldi srl are pharmacies and the website www.tesmed.com.
The conditions for selling products through the website www.tesmed.com are as follows:

  • The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be of legal age; (ii) that the data provided for the execution of the Contract is correct and truthful;
  • Purchases made on www.tesmed.com are regulated, unless otherwise provided by the following conditions, by the laws of the applicable country regarding consumer protection in distance contracts;
  • The correct receipt of the order is confirmed via email to the email address provided by the Customer during order placement. We recommend paying close attention when entering the correct email address.
  • Customers requiring an invoice must request it at the time of ordering.

 


PRICES

The total price of the goods sold includes the product price plus the applicable VAT (in effect on the day of purchase). Product prices may change without notice and will take effect at the time they are published on the site.

DELIVERY

Products ordered from Tesmed.com will be shipped directly by Feldi srl and delivered within a maximum of 2 working days from the order date via express courier.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the customer is a consumer, meaning a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, they have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the products, without the need to provide an explanation.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication via registered mail to Feldi srl within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This communication must be sent to:

The goods must also be returned to the same address via traceable postal package or express courier.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
  • Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages to the original packaging, Feldi srl will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the goods (excluding any shipping costs applied) by sending a non-transferable check in the Customer's name. The check is sent via registered mail to the Customer's address.
Our staff are not authorized to accept shipments sent cash on delivery or with shipping costs charged to the company. In this case, the return will be automatically rejected.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by those who purchase Tesmed-branded products at pharmacies.
