Only use Tesmed electrodes as they are made with materials designed to ensure maximum conductivity for the impulses of our muscle stimulators.
If the cables are difficult to insert into the device, you can try gradually forcing them in.
You may feel that the stimulation is less intense on one side. The muscle stimulator emits the same impulses on all channels, so you may not have properly identified the motor points of the muscle, or there may be more adipose tissue on one side, or the electrodes may be worn out. Try adjusting the electrode placement and ensure they are properly adhered to the skin. The intensity level required to achieve the desired muscle contraction can vary depending on factors such as electrode positioning and the presence of adipose tissue.
As a result, the same current intensity may feel different from person to person, day to day, or between the left and right sides of the body.
Larger electrodes are positioned the same way as smaller ones. In general, it's best to apply the electrodes directly to the area to be treated, or you can refer to the electrode placement images in the user manual.
